Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and tourism activities via phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Provide detailed information on available services, promotions, and travel guidelines.
• Assist customers with reservation changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring satisfaction.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with hotel and tourism partners to enhance customer experiences.
• Stay updated on travel trends and company offerings to provide relevant information to customers.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
