Job Description - German Speaking Customer Service for Media & Entertainment industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to announce an exciting opening for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Media & Entertainment industry. This role is an excellent fit for individuals who are passionate about entertainment and media services and wish to provide top-notch customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries and ensure they have a seamless and enjoyable experience in the vibrant world of media.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding media services, subscriptions, and entertainment options via phone, email, and chat in German.
  • Assist customers with account management, including subscription adjustments and troubleshooting service issues.
  • Provide information on new releases, features, and promotional offerings in the media and entertainment sector.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, striving for high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately for future reference and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and meet customer needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to deliver relevant information to customers.
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the media or entertainment industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.
  • Able to manage multiple customer inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and a good understanding of digital media services.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
