German Speaking Customer Service for Real Estate industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the real estate industry. In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting clients with their real estate inquiries, providing them with the information and support they need to navigate the housing market effectively. Your ability to communicate fluently in German will be key in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to real estate services, property listings, and market information via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Provide potential buyers and renters with comprehensive information about available properties.
• Assist clients with the application and leasing process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Resolve any issues or concerns customers may have regarding transactions or property details.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and property management teams to facilitate effective communication.
• Remain updated on real estate trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the real estate sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to understand and explain complex real estate concepts in a clear manner.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and property management software is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
