As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating their shopping experiences, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues, all while communicating in German.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to products, services, and orders via phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Provide assistance with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with inventory and sales teams to provide customers with up-to-date product information.
• Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and product offerings to better assist customers.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the retail sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Customer-focused attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening and weekend shifts.
