Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding social media platform functionalities, account management, and content policies via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Assist users in troubleshooting account issues and provide step-by-step guidance.
• Educate customers about platform features and best practices for engagement.
• Document all customer interactions accurately for follow-up and reporting purposes.
• Work closely with technical teams to address and resolve customer issues.
• Stay updated on social media trends and company updates to effectively assist users.

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the social media or tech industry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable using digital tools and social media platforms.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain quality service.
