Job Description - German Speaking Customer Service for Telecommunications industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a position for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the telecommunications industry. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and dedicated to providing stellar customer support. As a key member of our customer service team, you will assist customers with inquiries about telecommunications products and services in German, ensuring a seamless experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, product features, and billing issues via phone, email, and chat in German.
  • Assist customers with service activation, troubleshooting, and account management.
  • Provide clear information on plans, promotions, and service options available to customers.
  • Resolve issues and complaints efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to address and resolve service-related challenges.
  • Keep updated on telecommunications industry developments and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
  • Problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and technology-related applications.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
