German Speaking Junior Content Moderator

Job Responsibilities:

• Moderate content across various platforms, ensuring it meets community guidelines and company standards.
• Review user-generated content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Detect and remove inappropriate or harmful content (e.g., offensive language, graphic content, or policy violations).
• Provide feedback on content trends and report any emerging issues.
• Work collaboratively with the moderation team to ensure effective handling of all content.

Requirements:

• Fluent German (written and spoken) & good English skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to make quick, sound decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism.
• Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• No prior experience required – training will be provided.

Location & Schedule:

• Sofia, Bulgaria – on-site position.
• Rotational shifts: Monday-Sunday, 8 hours per week and 40 hours per week, covering a 24-hour period (00:00 - 00:00).
