German Speaking Junior Customer Support Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist who is a native or fluent German speaker to join our team in Malta. In this role, you will provide outstanding support to our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. 

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality service and timely resolution of issues.
• Assist customers with product-related questions, technical issues, and account management.
• Maintain a positive attitude while managing customer interactions and delivering exceptional support.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Identify trends in customer feedback and escalate recurring issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to help customers.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
