German Speaking Legal Assistant

Our client is a globally successful company and has been one of the leading international providers of sports betting for over 30 years. As a modern online entertainment provider, they offer a comprehensive portfolio including live betting, casino, live casino, and a variety of exciting games. To further strengthen their legal team, they are seeking a skilled and committed legal assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the complaint process and handle administrative tasks related to legal disputes.
• Gather, organize, and process confidential legal documents.
• Maintain records and reports related to legal cases.
• Process customer requests regarding transaction history and data protection (GDPR inquiries).
• Ensure timely responses to GDPR inquiries from customers and legal representatives.
• Act as a liaison between various departments and external legal partners.
• Perform a range of administrative tasks as required.
• Oversee efficient office management, calendar, and inbox coordination.
• Manage files and maintain database administration.
• Provide administrative support to legal professionals in all daily operations – depending on experience, this may include legal-focused responsibilities.

• A degree in Office / Business Administration or a related field (equivalent experience will also be considered).
• At least 3 years’ experience in legal, compliance, or financial sectors is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Strong PC and internet proficiency.
• Proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a structured and efficient manner.
• Team player with strong adaptability and resilience
