About the Role

As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries and assisting with reservations. Your role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive sales, and ensure a seamless booking process.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert incoming calls and inquiries into successful reservations.
• Meet and exceed performance targets (sales, call-handling efficiency, quality).
• Provide top-tier customer support by tracking and assisting with on-request bookings.
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and proactive manner.
• Share market insights to improve service quality and processes.
• Collaborate with other markets by handling cross-market calls.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
• Typing speed of 25 WPM or above.
• A proactive team player with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.

Work Schedule and Contract Details

• Indefinite contract offering long-term career opportunities.
• Flexible shifts (Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 19:00).
• Shift durations vary from 4 to 12 hours.

Salary and Incentives

Competitive hourly rates:

• 1st Month (Training and Practice): 5.50/hour.
• From 2nd Month: 7.16/hour.
• From 7th Month: 7.42/hour.
• Following 6 months (based on performance): 7.89/hour.

Additional incentives:

• Language allowance: 1,800/year (paid monthly).
• KPI performance bonus: Up to 2,500/year (eligible after 6 months).
