Working Hours: 10:00 AM 12:00 AM (Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday)
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria On-site

Are you passionate about travel and helping people? Were looking for a German-speaking Travel Experience Advisor to join our team and support guests and hosts with a top-notch service experience!

Your Responsibilities:
Customer care via Phone, Chat, and Email
Assisting with account creation and issue resolution
Supporting communication between hosts and guests
Handling and resolving complaints efficiently and professionally

What We Offer:

Language Requirements:

• German: C2 or native level

• English: B2 level or above
