Job Description - German-Speaking Airline Contact Centre Agent
Start Date: 20 April 2026 Contract Type: Permanent (Indefinite) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 18:30 (8h/day)
About the Role Join a fast-paced airline contact centre and become the first point of contact for customers across phone, email, chat, and social media. As a German-Speaking Contact Centre Agent, you will provide outstanding customer service, assist with airline services, and maintain accurate records. This full-time role offers career growth, comprehensive training, and hands-on experience in the airline industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and social media with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide accurate, courteous, and solution-oriented support for all airline services.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with your team to meet performance targets and continuously improve service quality.
Develop expertise in airline products, services, and internal systems.
Requirements
Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1), both written and spoken.
Previous customer service experience is highly valued.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Typing speed: minimum 25 WPM.
Team player with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Salary & Benefits
Salary Progression:
1st month (Training & Practice): €5.60/hour
2nd month: €8.10/hour
Post-probation: €8.50/hour
After 12 months: €8.75/hour (performance-based)
After 18 months: €9.20/hour (performance-based)
Additional Benefits:
German Language Allowance: €250/month (post-training)
Performance Bonus: up to €2,000/year (pro-rated monthly, after 6 months)
Relocation Support: €2,000 (after 1 month of employment)
