Job Description - German-Speaking Contact Centre Agent

We're hiring German-speaking Contact Centre Agents for an on-site role in Malta, starting in February 2026. If you enjoy speaking with people, solving problems, and working in a friendly international team, this could be a great match for you. 

You'll receive full training from day one, so you dont need to know everything in advance—what matters most is your communication skills, reliability, and willingness to learn. You'll support customers in German, follow clear guidelines, and work with helpful team leaders who are there to coach you and help you succeed. There are also real opportunities to grow internally if you perform well and want to progress.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 09:00–18:30 (8-hour shifts)
Languages: German C2 + English C1
Compensation: hourly rate progression + language allowance, performance bonus, and relocation allowance(eligibility rules apply)
