The Role

We are urgently hiring a German-Speaking Customer Solution Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is a fully on-site position — you will be working from our Sofia offices as part of a dynamic, international team.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver customer support in German from our Sofia offices
• Handle inbound requests via phone, email and chat
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate in person with internal teams across tech and non-tech projects
• Log and document interactions in our CRM tools

Your Profile

• German : native or bilingual level (primary working language)
• English : minimum B2 level required
• Experience in customer support, customer service or a similar role is a plus
• Comfortable with digital tools and tech environments
• Available to join the team in Sofia as soon as possible
