Your responsibilities:

• Support German-speaking customers with last mile delivery queries (tracking, rescheduling, troubleshooting).

• Provide accurate information via phone, email, and chat.

• Ensure every customer receives a positive and efficient service experience.

• Collaborate with internal teams to solve delivery-related issues.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent German (C1-C2)

• English B2 minimum (for internal communication)

• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

• Already living in Bulgaria OR motivated to relocate with full support

• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
