Description of the objectives and purposes of the services:

Management of government incentives Related to Investments in OS and R&D with Suppliers

Consulting suppliers to initiate the incentives project

Analysis and calculation of the tooling investment and the subsidies related

Coordination and collaboration with the different stakeholders (purchasing/accounting and treasury/ suppliers/government)

Analyze supplier documents (Contracts, invoices, nomenclatures, etc.).

Elaborate a summary by supplier/commodity regarding production volumes and delivery sites

Preparing tooling reimbursement files based on the summary.

Ensure the submission of the files within the deadlines and monitor their follow up.

Prepare and submit one prior request (summarize the key information regarding the investment) each week,

Prepare and submit one disbursement request (detail the requested amount, and the investment payment proofs.) each week

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Good communication skills in English and French
• Good knowledge of the automotive industry
• Project management
• 6 to 18 months of experience in the automotive sector
