Complete our HHA training and, after successfully completing the required onboarding process and moving forward with employment, earn $17.00 per hour — CNA-level pay!
Our program is designed to make getting your HHA training convenient and accessible.
The 2-week course is provided at no cost to you and is completed primarily from home. Training runs Monday through Friday, with coursework that offers flexibility throughout your day.
Once you successfully complete the program and required onboarding, you'll be prepared to begin working as an HHA with Always Best Care.
As a Home Health Aide, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
Providing companionship and meaningful interaction
Meal preparation and nutritional support
Light housekeeping
Mobility and transfer assistance
Transportation and errands when appropriate
Providing dependable, compassionate one-on-one care
We're looking for individuals who have a genuine passion for helping seniors and want to build a career in caregiving.
Ideal candidates are compassionate, dependable, patient, and reliable and have:
Reliable transportation
A valid driver's license
Active auto insurance
A willingness to learn and complete the 2-week HHA training program
A commitment to providing excellent care to seniors
The ability to successfully complete required onboarding and pre-employment requirements
