Job Description - GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead

GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead


 


ATI has a current need for a full-time GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead in the Charlottesville, VA area. The
GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead will be responsible facilitating, coordinating, and tracking facilities-based maintenance projects, while documenting all aspects of the projects for our government client. This role involves working in secure environments in support of mission-critical operations.

  • Competitive salary of $100,000 - $120,000 / year depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:



Duties may include, but not be limited to, the following:


 



  • The GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead shall have demonstrated experience in successfully utilizing GFEBS. The GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead shall be available during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed for administrative reasons.

  • The GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead shall have the following roles in GFEBS:

    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Master Data Maintainer

    • A76 DPW Contractor Preventative Maintenance Controller

    • A76 DPW Contractor GR Processor

    • A76 DPW Contractor Physical Inventory Maintainer

    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Material Requirement Planning Maintainer

    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Approver

    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Order Maintainer

    • A76 DPW Contractor PM Reporter



  • Proficiently utilize GFEBS system for logging, tracking, and deploying maintenance and project support teams for the fulfillment of Demand Maintenance Orders, Preventative Maintenance Orders, Project Work Orders, and Operational Work Orders.

  • Training: The GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead and shall complete GFEBS training modules provided by the Government within thirty (30) business days of being employed. The Contractor shall provide certificates of completion for all roles required to perform the requirements of the position.  The Contractor shall be responsible for GFEBS data entry and reporting.


 


Required Qualifications for a GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead:


 



  • The GFEBS PM Coordinator Lead shall have at a minimum three (3) years of GFEBS experience, specifically dealing with Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), business intelligence, and projects. and performing responsibilities as noted above.

  • Must be a US citizen and must be eligible to obtain and maintain clearance; Candidate must be able to work independently in a secure or sensitive environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of professionalism.


 


Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000/year depending on experience


 


Location: Charlottesville, VA


 


Working Hours: Normal Work Hours – Monday – Friday, 0800 - 1600 (anticipate 40 per week).
