JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Assist Banquet Chef and Chef De Cuisine in preparing food and recipes to specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic knife skills, common sense, and a strong sense of urgency is mandatory. We’ll teach you the rest. 
• Motivation, flexibility, and a great attitude are an absolute must.
