GIDA Support Specialist (Hybrid - San Antonio, TX)
About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated GIDA Support Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office and the potential for on-call support during off-hours.
In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to our users across various applications and systems. You will collaborate effectively with your team and other departments within Client to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities: Provide first-line technical support for assigned GIDA applications and systems. Utilize ticketing systems to efficiently track, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues. Perform light Active Directory (AD) tasks as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base articles. Continuously learn and stay updated on GIDA applications and processes.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in a helpdesk support role. Proficiency in ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). Working knowledge of Active Directory concepts. Strong understanding of computer software and applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. Proven analytical skills for problem-solving and troubleshooting. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Basic understanding of information security principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
