Purpose and Scope:
Oversees and coordinates customer service, inventory and inventory control, merchandising, and other related activities for the Parish Gift Shop. Schedules, leads and oversees day-to-day activities of volunteer/staff engaged in routine retail sales, stock management and customer service activities. Provides input into operating budgets, policies and procedures, and provides leadership in the general marketing of the Parish Gift Shop. Manages annual budget. Tracks trends in religious product to offer customers a current product line.

Minimum Qualifications:
· Active Minimum two-years of retail management required, preferably in gift shop setting.
· University level coursework in management, retail, and merchandising preferred.
· Computer/Microsoft Office proficiency
· Practicing Catholic in full communion with the Church preferred.
Physical Demands
· This position requires the ability to work in a retail store environment including working in small spaces, physical movement around retail displays, bending lifting, stocking fixtures, etc.
