The Gift Center Representative ensures that the Gift Center is operating in a professional and organized manner while providing a positive world-class experience to our owners and sales tour guests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:  

• Executes the gifting process for the designated sales and marketing departments.


• Generates additional profit by soliciting guest to purchase goods and products in a face-to-face presentation.


• Ensures Point of Sale station remains in balance.


• Effectively communicates with management all exceptions and incidents.


• Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.


• Some customer service and/or sales experience preferred.


• Bilingual a plus.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and mainframe applications.


• Must be process-oriented with attention to detail and the function of detail.


• Self-directed and independent but works as a team player.


• Persuasive interpersonal skills to gain acceptance of an idea, plan, activity, service or product from guests and co-workers.


• Excellent customer service skills.


• Strong oral communication skills.


• Strong work ethic, high energy level and positive attitude.
