Gift Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Gift Shop Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our gift shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing merchandise, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the daily operations of the gift shop, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise, providing excellent customer service.

- Unpack, verify, and inspect received goods, ensuring quality and accuracy of orders.

- Reject damaged items or incorrect orders and maintain records of items received.

- Prepare goods for display or sale, ensuring an appealing presentation.

- Sort and distribute items to the appropriate departments as needed.

- Maintain inventory records and assist in stock management.

 Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

- Experience in retail or supervisory roles is preferred.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
