Gildemeister Set Up/Operator

We are looking for an additional team member to join us in our Gildemeister Department.

Our team is looking for a first shift Set up / Operator. The candidate must have direct Gildemeister set up experience, good troubleshooting skills and the ability to train others.. This position is responsible for assisting machinists, machine set up, troubleshooting, training and ensuring daily production requirements are met. Experience in solving machining, tooling and mechanical issues is required. Knowledge of machine attachments and various cutting tool applications is a must.

MUST HAVE: a minimum of 5 years of experience setting up Gildemeister screw machines and possess the ability to lead and guide others.

Currently we are running Monday through Thursday 10 hours per day 6:30 am to 5:00 pm. Overtime is on Fridays and possibly Saturdays. Anywhere from 45 to 56 hours per week.
