We are Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey (GSNNJ) serving girls in grades K-12 in Bergen, Morris, Passaic, Sussex and Northern Warren counties. We're looking for a strategic, customer-focused, and collaborative Product Program Manager to drive volunteer success, increase participation, and deliver innovative product programs that strengthen our mission and create lasting impact across Northern New Jersey.
The Product Program Manager supports the Director of Product Program in the planning, implementation, and administration of the council's product programs. In collaboration with Community Engagement, Membership and Troop Support team, they build and maintain strong partnerships with Service Unit volunteers, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure successful program delivery, volunteer engagement, and girl participation throughout the council. This role blends operational excellence with business insight, leveraging data, volunteer relationships, and cross-functional collaboration to increase participation, optimize revenue, and enhance the overall Girl Scout member experience.
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Staff members are accountable for achieving their performance goals that collectively enable GSNNJ to reach our council goals. Each staff member is expected to take an active role in all areas of operations, especially by being alert to opportunities to identify and engage potential volunteers, girl members, donors, vendors, collaborators, etc. and providing contact information to the appropriate staff person.
