JOB DETAILS

Base Pay: $17.75 per hour

1st Shift: 6:45 am - 3:15 pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Operate back bedding machine

• Read numbers and identifiers on labels
• Work with hand tools
• Insert sashes into frames
• Read and understand special instructions
• Adhere to and follow CBB Quality Standards.
• Lift and move windows onto a pallet or shipping cart
• Wear required PPE throughout the day
• Work in a hot environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Understand and carry out verbal instructions
• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units

• Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Ability to read numbers and match them to a sash
• Ability to read short codes and separate windows accordingly
• Ability to read LowE charts and insert glass as shown on chart
• Ability to cross train on other areas
