We are looking for Full Time Experienced Glass Polisher to join our Team.

Pay: $21.00-23.00+/hr.

Shift-1st: 5:00AM-1:30PM

Shift-2nd: 2:00PM-10:30PM

**********$1.50 Shift Differential Paid for 2nd************

This role is essential to our glass fabrication process, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship before products reach our customers

Requirements

• Able to lift-up to 50 lbs. (some areas may require more/less).
• Must pass pre-employment 
  • background check and drug screen (excluding marijuana).
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately 
• Experience with polishers, hand tools and measuring tools
• Physical ability to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 75 pounds 

Job Responsibilities:

· Use basic math for machine operations

· Set up and adjust polishing equipment 

· Ability to polish away scratches, with extreme attention to detail

· Perform Quality Checks to confirm no defects

· Follow safety procedures and ensure a safe working environment 

· Maintain clean work area 

· Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow across shifts 

· Take ownership of responsibilities and seek ways to improve processes
