This role involves designing and implementing manufacturing and traceability processes within an ERP environment. The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams, ensuring that operations are efficient and standard across facilities. The individual will also be responsible for integrating quality control measures and collaborating with various departments to align manufacturing with broader operational strategies. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of product integrity and fostering a culture of collaboration.
Accountabilities
- Participate in the design and creation of detailed process designs for manufacturing within the ERP scope.
- Oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing processes in the ERP, collaborating with tech specialists.
- Drive standardization efforts across production facilities to ensure consistency in quality and efficiency.
- Ensure integration of processes with quality control measures within the ERP system.
- Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and quality assurance teams for process alignment.
Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering or business.
- At least 8 years of experience in a related field.
- Experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus.
- Experience in a manufacturing plant, particularly in quality or production departments, is an advantage.
- SAP knowledge is desirable.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French and Spanish is appreciated but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, especially during the implementation phase.
