Job Description - Global Creative Director

Maytronics, the leading innovator in automatic pool robotics and parent company to the Dolphin pool cleaning brand, is in search of a Global Creative Director based in our North America headquarters in Duluth, GA. The Global Creative Director leads the creative vision and execution for all brands under the Maytronics umbrella. This role defines and elevates brand expression across every channel and region, integrating AI-driven tools and automation to scale content production, personalization, and performance. The Creative Director is a strategic partner in defining brand architecture and ensuring global brand consistency, working closely with the Marketing Excellence team, which owns traffic management and workflow.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Marketing Excellence to define brand architecture across all business units and regions.
  • Ensure all creative content globally aligns with brand standards, tone, and identity.
  • Serve as the brand steward, maintaining visual and narrative consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Lead creative strategy for global campaigns, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Infuse innovation and trend-forward thinking into all creative outputs, including AI-generated content.
  • Translate strategic marketing goals into compelling creative concepts and executions.
  • Champion the use of AI tools (e.g., generative design, automation platforms, DAMs, CRMs) to increase content velocity, relevance, and personalization.
  • Collaborate with MarTech and Digital teams to deploy AI capabilities across creative workflows.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance creative production and performance.
  • Partner with Brand, Digital, Regional, and Product teams to align creative execution with strategic goals.
  • Lead and mentor a global team of designers, multimedia producers, and UX/UI specialists.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, degree in visual communications or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably in global or multi-brand environments.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing award-winning campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, and consumer engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience with AI tools and platforms for creative automation and personalization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Expertise in design, storytelling, and content production across formats.
