Global DFS/LCA Process Steward

Expert in Life Cycle Assessment, Design for Sustainability and product circularity regulations, standards, and guidelines​ Develop and maintain with key sustainability stakeholders (globally and divisionally) on DFS strategy and metrics​ Collaborate with Global & EMEA ESG, Divisional Sustainability Product Stewards, Global Packaging Product Steward​ Establish KPIs and methods to monitor process effectiveness​ Ensure incoming requirements are evaluated with decisions documented ​ Developing and maintain the process for product life cycle assessments to calculate impacts such as GHG emission, energy use, water use, consumption and scarcity, waste, and other environmental impacts​ Collaborate with Divisional Product Stewardship and Sustainability leads to ensure processes reflect the divisional business requirements and feedback.​ A minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering, sustainability, or environmental discipline required​ 5+ years of experience managing sustainability programs for global manufacturing companies Deep knowledge of manufacturing sustainability challenges and initiatives Experience with developing ISO 14040 and ISO 14044 conformant LCA reports​ Strong communication and collaboration skills​ Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals, leveraging strong communication and negotiation skills to influence decision-making processes​ Excellent verbal and written skills in English to demonstrate effective communication with technical teams and senior business managers​ Industry experience: including circularity into product design and executed life cycle assessments
