What You'll Do

  • Define and execute a global total rewards strategy (compensation, benefits, recognition, equity, well-being) aligned with our business goals and values. 
  
  
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and the Board on pay philosophy, incentive design, and equity programs. 
  
  
  
  


• Compensation & Benefits Architecture 
  
  
  
  • Lead global job architecture, leveling, and market benchmarking. 
  
  
  • Design competitive and scalable base salary, incentive, and equity programs that drive performance and retention. 
  
  
  • Oversee global benefits programs, ensuring local relevance while maintaining global consistency.

  • Build recognition programs that celebrate contributions, reinforce culture, and highlight our high-performance environment. 
  
  
  • Enhance transparency and understanding of total rewards across the company.
