Job Description - Global Human Resources Administration Director(全球人力行政总监)
Job Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the company's strategic decision-making, formulate human resources strategic planning and management system, and be responsible for the indicators of human resources; 2. Assisted the company's management in formulating the company's annual goals, decomposed organizational goals, tracked the process, and evaluated the results; 3. Responsible for the recruitment and interview of company personnel and the establishment of core position talent pool; 4. Set up the company's training system and create a talent growth map; 5. Developed a performance management system, organized the company's performance implementation, and constantly motivated employees to work actively; 6. Formulate and promote the company's compensation performance management plan; 7. Responsible for the construction and publicity of the company's corporate culture to enhance the cohesion and sense of belonging of employees; 8. Responsible for the management of all administrative affairs of the company; 9. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management or related; 2. 5-10 years of human resources or personnel administration experience in large enterprises, large private enterprises or foreign enterprises or medical or health industry experience is preferred; 3. Have a systematic understanding of human resource management mode and accumulated practical experience, have advanced human resource concepts, and can guide the work of various functional modules; 4. Have a sense of enterprise management and systematic thinking, have a strategic vision, can output landing methodology, and quickly help the business solve human-related problems; Good logic and expression skills, strong communication skills and cross-departmental project promotion and implementation ability; 5. English as the working language, simple Chinese communication is preferred.
