Global Supply Chain and Systems Engineering (GSC&SE) team is seeking a highly motivated, collaborative and experienced Global Integration & Initiatives Manager, in Everett, WA.
This fast paced, dynamic team that leads Global Engineering Tool & Data integration, as well as key initiatives across Engineering Test and Technology (ET&T), Global Technology and our Global engineering teams.
Reporting to the Global Engineering Senior Manager, this role will lead a team to identify, implement, and sustain tools and technologies that enable global engineering work, while complying to GTC regulations. Experience working across global sites, time zones, and cultures is also a key aspect to this role.
Position responsibilities:
Manage employees performing engineering and technical activities in the fields Tool & Data Enablement
Develop partnerships to support the execution of Global Tool & Data initiatives in BCA/BDS/BGS and Global Technology
Support execution of team SOW, including Boeing Global engagement, collaboration with Functional Chief Engineers/Business Unit Leaders/ET&T Leadership
Represent management in communicating business policies, strategies, and directions internally and externally
Ensure integration across business units/functions/global sites and the enterprise. Facilitate data sharing, collaboration, and communication between different teams and departments to promote alignment and synergy
This position will require some flexible working hours to support global time zones

Basic Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, data science, mathematics, physics, or a closely related field.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership"
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong leadership experience, including hiring, performance management, and career development.
Experience with Global Data Governance and GTC Standards
Experience communicating and presenting with the ability to effectively convey complex information to global peers and stakeholders
Experience working across diverse, global teams and stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and partnering with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Product Data Management (PDM), and/or Engineering Tools & Data
