Job Description Description: The role of the Global Operations Credit Director is pivotal in shaping and executing the comprehensive strategy for global credit risk assessment and collection management.

in office and Monday/Friday at home As the Director of Credit, you will lead multiple teams overseeing collections activities and engage with key stakeholders, including international customers and external partners. Must-Haves: SaaS Credit
Experience/Expertise GAAP knowledge and experience IFRS knowledge and experience Policies development experience for global SaaS About the Role: Formulate strategies to minimize bad debt and mitigate fraud potential. Conduct detailed analysis of financial data to proactively manage credit operations, regularly evaluating ongoing credit risks and analytics. Develop Credit & Collection management reports for the Controller, CFO, and annual reviews and audits. Document and implement fiscal controls to safeguard receivables. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Pricing/Packaging Directors to identify alternative credit opportunities for customers in economically burdened regions. Policies and Procedures: Develop credit policies and accounting procedures relevant to the SaaS industry, ensuring consistency with regulatory requirements in all countries. Refresh and publish the Credit Policy, coordinating successful implementation across various teams, including Billing. Create a Credit Policy FAQ for Sales and Customers, enhancing existing customer communications for account onboarding, aged accounts, and collection activity. Qualifications: Exceptional understanding of Risk Management, Credit Analysis, and Fraud Mitigation practices. Advanced financial acumen, including knowledge of GAAP and IFRS. Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with outstanding leadership and organizational abilities. Strong ability to manage competing priorities and efficiently handle task management. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, QB, and knowledgeable about Salesforce. Familiarity with industry regulations and quality standards. Ability to work flexible hours when needed.
