What You\u0027ll Do:\n\nThis role is responsible for all business aspects of Applied Materials MDP/ALD Service Business Unit - Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) and Front End of Line (FEOL) Service Product Segment supplying the semiconductor industry. This person will engage cross-functionally to drive all aspects of the business and product lifecycle to deliver to customer and business expectations. This is a high growth business opportunity within Applied Materials Global Service Division.\n\nRole Responsibilities:\n\n * Leads business and product strategy, planning and execution for the Atomic Layer Deposition service product segment/portfolio including business ownership\n\n * Builds understanding of customer and market requirements to support above planning/execution\n\n * Responsible for service product management activities, developing product value proposition, business sizing, product scorecards, Go-To-Market strategy including 7Ps of service marketing\n\n * Leads the development of pricing models/strategy, financial plans, business case assessment and analytics for the service product portfolio and business\n\n * Engages directly with customers and value chain partners to deliver to business and stakeholder expectations (including supporting commercial/contractual negotiations)\n\n * Sponsors/drives inorganic growth activities and partnership development to support business execution and delivery.\n\n * Drive program and business outcomes utilizing applied and industry best practices/processes (PLC, SF, ERP etc\u2026).\n\n * Deeply engages with technical application and product development execution to ensure program success (Performance/Capability, Cost, Timing) \n\n * Full product lifecycle ownership facilitating PDP and end of life support programs\n\n * Drives activities for the Service Business Unit through strong cross-functional engagement across multiple geographies \u0026 external partners in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal etc\u2026 to deliver to release schedules and business financials\n\n * Makes customer and management presentations on Service Business Unit products to support product development, strategic and business planning, and service opportunity penetration.\n\n * Communicates business progress and execution to senior executive and stakeholders to successfully secure necessary support and resources to deliver to growth expectations.\n\n * Uses business analytics tools to support internal business analysis and reporting\n\n\n\n\nDesired Skills, Competencies \u0026 Experience\n\n * Higher Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 7+ years of industry experience. Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in Wafer Fabrication Equipment and Atomic Layer Deposition Products operation and business or related fields\n\n * Demonstrates understanding of service business principles\n\n * Customer focused - Strong business and commercial acumen with previous product leadership, management or marketing/sales experience\n\n * Strong program management and technical acumen with past product development experience\n\n * High financial acumen and analytical/data oriented decision making style\n\n * Positive can do entrepreneurial attitude that builds support\n\n * Strong communication skills and interpersonal presence that extends confidence and humility\n\n * Experience building and delivering executive level presentations.\n\n * Ability to innovate and solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business.\n\n * Critical thinking and ability to influence and communicate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders (technologists, engineering, Ops, finance, marketing, strategy).\n\n * Ability to anticipate customer needs, business and regulatory issues; recommend product, process or service improvements.\n\n * Excellent time management and project management skills.\n\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n7 - 10 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 20% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nNo\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nNone\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$147,000.00 - $202,500.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
