This role goes far beyond product management — it is about driving business model transformation, leading overseas market expansion, and shaping the future of construction digital transformation across Asia.
One of our top strategic clients, a leading construction group, is seeking a Product Manager to lead the international expansion of its Construction Digital Transformation platform from Singapore.
This is a well-established construction group with more than 1,000 employees and a long track record in the industry. The company provides a wide range of building materials and solutions for infrastructure and construction projects.
It is currently undergoing a full-scale digital transformation aimed at improving operational efficiency, sustainability, and productivity through cutting-edge technologies.
The CEO, who holds a degree from a U.S. university, is a forward-thinking leader who strongly believes in modernizing the construction industry. The company is also committed to creating a workplace where employees can contribute meaningfully to society while feeling fulfilled and engaged.
To further strengthen this transformation, the company has recently welcomed a new CTO and CIO (both foreign executives with global experience), forming a refreshed C-level team that will drive innovation and next-generation leadership.
The company is promoting multiple Construction DX initiatives to modernize the industry.
The construction sector covers a wide range of materials and construction types, and the company operates across these areas. To accelerate expansion of its digital construction services, it is now advancing a DX strategy that takes into account the entire industry ecosystem and all business units within the group.
