Global Product Support (Early in Career)

Key Responsibilities\n\n * Develop new procedures and Best Known Methods (BKMs) to service new products\n * Develop product manual release\n * First in Fab start up support\n * Solve issues, or work with Engineering to address issues identified\n * Work with Manufacturing to develop procedures and participate (if required) on New Product final test\n * Drive resolution of key issues with Engineering. Own beta site test plans and reporting\n * Technical training of cross collaborative teams\n * Partner with Quality \u0026 Reliability (Q\u0026R) group to review and address Top Field Issues\n * Participate in or own CAPA process\n * Identify new parts that require to be stocked by AGS and work with them to ensure parts are stocked in correct locations\n * Responsible for beta site testing and and reporting\n * Travel 30%\n\n\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n * BS/MS Degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Mechatronics, or similar major.\n * Mechanical, or electrical knowledge\n * Hands on knowledge of small equipment\n * Mechanical Aptitude (knowledge of tooling and their use)\n * Experience documenting BKMs, manuals, or customer engineering notices (CEN).\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n2 - 4 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 25% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nYes\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nNone\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$100,000.00 - $136,500.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
