Where we Work

Udemy is a global company headquartered in San Francisco, with additional U.S. offices in Denver and Austin, and international hubs in Australia, India, Ireland, Mexico, and Türkiye. This is an in-office position, requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

  Program Management and Alignment: Own Enablement Program Charter that aligns with the enablement vision and mission, based around Tiers, Cognitive Load, goals, and success metrics.

  Stakeholder Mapping: Build a map of stakeholders, leveraging your regional insights (AMER, EMEA, APAC) to ensure comprehensive engagement and alignment.

  
  


• 
  

  Business Acumen and Analysis Metrics: Start supplying all enablement programs with impact metrics

  
  


• 
  

  Program Effectiveness Reviews: Audit existing programs using frameworks like the Cognitive Load Matrix to prioritize and refine offerings.
