Global Recognition Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY

The Global Recognition Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the execution of recognition programs that celebrate and reward our Brand Partners across all levels. This position works closely with the Director of Global Recognition, regional markets, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of recognition initiatives that foster loyalty, engagement, and a culture of celebration.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role has no supervisory responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Lead weekly reporting and global rank advancements, working with third-party vendors on fulfillment.


• Support all Recognition fulfillment initiatives, including 2-Star Director and 3-Star Director specialty fulfillment.


• Create and own recognition surveys, forms, and the Recognition Inbox.


• Coordinate monthly online social celebrations for the North American market, with potential for global replication, working with Sales and Marketing teams.


• Support all recognition events.


• Provide support for all recognition activities at Annual Conference.

• Coordinate personalized recognition efforts for top Brand Partners' birthdays, LifeWave anniversaries, and other milestones.


• Collaborate cross-functionally with the Events and Recognition teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.


• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the evolving needs of the recognition program.


• Monitor and respond to messages in the Recognition email inbox.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Associate’s degree or higher preferred, ideally in Communications, Business, or Marketing.


• 1-3 years of related experience.


• Strong proficiency in Excel is required.


• Experience with project management.


• Prior network marketing preferred.


• The ability to demonstrate a solid work ethic daily that reflects our company values.


• Strong organizational skills.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment.


• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Travel Requirement is approximately less than 10%.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to work at a computer workstation, accessing information and communicating via phone or video meetings. Mobility within the office and event venues is essential. The role frequently involves sitting or standing for extended periods and may occasionally require bending or crouching during event setup. Periodic travel by car, airplane, or other transportation methods is expected. The employee may occasionally be required to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
