Global Supply Chain Project Manager - Level 5

Ability to travel to Huntsville, AL 25% of the time. Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals or procurement -OR- Master's degree with 10 years of experience in supply chain management, project management, sustainment, proposals or procurement; in lieu of degree an additional 4 + years of experience may be considered. Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance Must have experience with Microsoft Project and IMS Logic Must have CAM and EVMS experience Must have material requirements planning and/or advanced planning experience Must have previous experience in Supply Chain Current Special Program Access Active Secret Clearance Leading program execution for propulsion-related supplier activities, ensuring milestones are met, and objectives are achieved. Identifying, assessing, and managing risks and opportunities to mitigate challenges and optimize supplier performance. Serving as the Control Account Manager (CAM) with full Earned Value Management System (EVMS) responsibilities, ensuring accurate cost, schedule, and performance tracking. Driving resolution of technical issues in collaboration with suppliers, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders. Providing frequent, detailed program status updates to internal teams, ensuring leadership and stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and solutions. Managing and overseeing proposal efforts, including supplier coordination and cost analysis to align with program requirements. Coordinating and conducting supplier site visits as needed to ensure program compliance, facilitate collaboration, and drive issue resolution. Lead a team of individuals in a dynamic, fast-paced Program environment with responsibilities including rapid requirements execution, standard parts ordering, scrap/spare/replacement planning and serve as a GSC liaison to the Program Operations and GSC Execution IPTs
