About the Role
The Global Vice President, Solution Advisor at the company is a strategic leadership role with a primary focus on the Solution Consulting team. This team is responsible for demonstrating the value and technical specifications of the company's solution to both prospective and current customers. The Global VP, Solution Advisor plays a crucial part in the organization's growth strategy by providing insights, functional expertise, and exceptional support to both external prospects and customers, as well as internally to the Sales organization. This role involves collaborating with the Chief Revenue Officer to establish the team's vision, planning, and prioritization, and ensuring that the Solution Consulting department is trained, motivated, and aligned with the overall sales goals. The Global VP is also tasked with hiring, training, mentoring, and managing the performance of the Solution Consultants, and is expected to maintain a "Customer Obsessed" culture.Candidates for the Global VP, Solution Advisor position should have a minimum of 5 years' of professional Presales experience in enterprise software products and 5 years' of professional managerial experience, preferably in the HR, HCM, SaaS, or technology industries. The role requires a strong background in complex, large-scale enterprise sales processes, excellent presentation and demonstration skills, and a proven track record of success in a metrics-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer commitment, the ability to influence senior leaders, and experience leading high-performing virtual teams. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred. The role demands exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to drive and manage change, and a results-oriented approach with a focus on flawless execution and attention to detail.
