Job Description - Gluer Operator

ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS:

Review work order, gluing requirements and job specifics to determine components, settings and adjustments for the gluer/folder machine.

Adjust machine components according to requirements such as widths, lengths and thickness of materials and amounts of glue.

Monitor the operators of the glue machinery and ensure that the products processed confer to client specifications.

Examine finished products to ensure finalized sample meets job order requirements.

Monitor inventory for glue and tags.

Perform routine maintenance tasks of cleaning and lubricating.

Enter accurate job data such as entering counts, quality records and inventory.
