Essential Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose and verify guest concerns using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment
• Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and warranty work
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and guests on vehicle status
• Uphold safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical school/ASE certification preferred)
• 2–3 years of experience in automotive service (Ford certification a plus)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with modern diagnostic tools and repair procedures
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Commitment to teamwork, professionalism, and continuous learning
