Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: $25–$60 per hour based on experience.


• Schedule: Expected 40 hours per week.

Your Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and according to dealership procedures.


• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical, steering, brakes, and air conditioning.


• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to test components and systems.


• Communicate directly with Service Advisors to keep customers informed of necessary services and repair time estimates.


• Execute repairs under warranty according to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• Certification: ASE Certification is required. GM Certification is preferred.


• Experience: 5+ years of Service Technician experience is preferred.


• Skills: A-level qualifications in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair.


• Technical Knowledge: Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment and learn new repair procedures.


• Mindset: A positive, friendly attitude with a team-oriented and customer-service mentality.


• Requirements: Minimum high school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
