Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs according to GM and manufacturer specifications


• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, HVAC, and drivability concerns


• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to accurately identify vehicle issues


• Perform warranty repairs in accordance with GM guidelines


• Complete multi-point inspections and recommend necessary repairs


• Communicate repair findings and recommendations with Service Advisors


• Maintain efficiency while producing high-quality workmanship


• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area


• Deliver exceptional service and customer satisfaction on every repair

Qualifications

• GM Certified Technician required


• ASE Certifications preferred


• Previous dealership service technician experience


• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities


• Excellent mechanical aptitude


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Professional attitude and strong work ethic


• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record


• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
