Description of the role:

The GM Certified Tech at Frank Kent Cadillac is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards. The role requires expertise in handling complex automotive issues and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service.

Responsibilities:

• Performing diagnostic tests on vehicles to identify issues


• Repairing and maintaining vehicles according to dealership and manufacturer standards


• Communicating with service advisors and customers on vehicle status


• Keeping updated on GM vehicle technology and repair techniques

Requirements:

• GM certification or ASE certification


• Experience working as an automotive technician


• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills


• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
