Job Description - GM Service Advisor



Description of the role:


The GM Service Advisor at Bell & Bell GMC plays a crucial role in providing top-quality customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the service department. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.


Responsibilities:



  • Interact with customers to schedule service appointments and maintain communication throughout the service process.

  • Provide accurate and detailed service estimates to customers.

  • Manage and update service records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.

  • Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of service requests.

  • Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in computer programs and software used in service departments.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in automotive technology is a plus.
