Unique Opportunity!  New Position!  

Full Time Monday - Friday 7AM to 5PM (occasional Saturdays and evenings)

Department:  Fixed Operations (Service)

Salary $65k - $100k

Performance - Based Bonuses

We are looking for a customer-focused leader to join our team as a Service Lane Manager.  In this role, you will bee the face of our Service Department - ensuring every customer receives exceptional care from the moment they arrive to the moment they drive away.

Responsibilities:

Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences

  • Greet customers warmly and guide them through the service process.
  • Communicate clearly about service needs; timelines, and costs.
  • Resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Keep customers informed every step of the way.

Coordinate Service Workflow

  • Oversee the flow of vehicles through the service lane.
  • Ensure timely diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle returns.
  • Prioritize urgent repairs and manage scheduling.

Lead and Inspire Your Team

  • Train, mentor, and supervise advisors and support staff.
  • Monitor performance metrics like CSI scores and upsell rates.

Drive Sales and Service Growth

  • Support upselling of maintenance packages and service specials.
  • Promote revenue growth through customer-focused recommendations.

Ensure Quality and Compliance

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient service environment.
  • Uphold company policies and manufacturer guidelines.

Leverage Technology

  • Use Dealership Management Software (DMS) to manage appointments and work orders.
  • Ensure your team is trained on digital tools and inspection platforms.
