Direct Patient Care: Geriatric Nurse Assistant

• Assisting patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.


• Supporting patients in transferring between beds, wheelchairs, and other locations.


• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, as well as monitoring food and liquid intake.


• Providing oral hygiene, shampooing, and changing bed linens.


• Accurately taking and recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
