Data-Core Systems Inc. is seeking a Golang Architect to be a part of our Consulting team. You will participate and effectively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. You will provide technical expertise and systems design for individual initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work with other SME consultants from our existing team.

Role Overview:

As a Golang Architect, you will lead the end-to-end architectural design and technical delivery of this mission-critical platform. You will define patterns and standards, guide engineering teams, and ensure integration with enterprise systems including SAP BRIM, DigitalRoute Convergent Mediation, Microsoft Dynamics CE, Nuance IVR, and Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design a cloud-native payment processing platform using Golang and microservices best practices.


• Define scalable, secure, and performant system architecture, ensuring compliance with standards such as PCI-DSS.


• Lead technical integration efforts with enterprise systems: SAP BRIM, DigitalRoute, Microsoft Dynamics CE, Nuance IVR, and Azure services.


• Provide technical leadership to developers, ensuring best practices in software engineering, CI/CD, observability, and testing.


• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality releases.


• Evaluate and select tools, frameworks, and architectural strategies to support current and future platform needs.
  

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in backend architecture and software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in Golang.


• Proven experience architecting and scaling financial systems or payment platforms in cloud environments.


• Deep understanding of cloud-native development principles; expertise with Microsoft Azure is a must.


• Experience integrating with complex enterprise systems such as SAP BRIM, mediation platforms, and CRM solutions.


• Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures, API design, and security best practices.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with transportation, telecom, or utility billing platforms.


• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CE and its integration strategies.


• Exposure to SAP BRIM or DigitalRoute middleware solutions.
